この度、神保町の店舗からほど近いエリアに、新しく「KOMIYAMA TOKYO G」をオープンする運びとなりました。
“G” は、ギャラリー、グラウンド、グループなど複数の意味を持ち、フェアごとに変化するスペースとして、アーティストの個展はもちろん、写真、ファッション、音楽など、 豊かなカルチャーが楽しめる場所を目指し、年間を通してさまざまなフェアを開催する予定です。 この場所を通して、作品を真摯に制作するアーティストの活動をサポートし、エネルギーあふれる空間を皆様にご提供したいと考えております。
We are pleased to announce the opening of a new “KOMIYAMA TOKYO G” in an area close to the Jimbocho store.
“G” has multiple meanings such as galleries, grounds, and groups, and as a space that changes from fair to fair, it aims to be a place where you can enjoy rich culture such as photography, fashion, music, as well as solo exhibitions by artists. We are planning to hold exhibitions and fairs throughout the year. Through this place, we would like to support the activities of artists who sincerely produce their works and provide everyone with a space full of energy.

小宮山書店について
小宮山書店は 1939 年に創業し、世界に類のない本の街、神保町で 80 年以上営業を続けております。現在三代目になり、写真集 やアート作品のお取り扱いをスタート。以来、古書店の既成概念にとらわれず、独自の審美眼で蒐集した日本の写真集や、ファッ ション、フェティッシュ、クィア・アート関連の書籍はもちろん、国内外で買い付けたコンテンポラリーアートやストリートアー ト、フォトプリント作品を店頭、ウェブサイトで販売しています。2020 年より開催しているアートイベント“REAL TOKYO ART”では、新しいカルチャーの発信地を目指し、アーティストの作品と小宮山書店のアーカイブをミックスした展示スタイル を実施。他にも、KOMIYAMA TOKYO としてアパレルセレクトショップでのショップインショップやポップアップ、国内外の アートフェア、フォトフェア、ブックフェアへの参加など、本とアートを身近に感じられる場所づくりに取り組んでおります。
About KOMIYAMA TOKYO
Established in 1939. Komiyama Bookstore has been running over 80 years in Jimbocho, Tokyo, the most biggest book-trades district in the world. Every books and works of our collection have been distinguishing itself through our passion and taste flourished under the direction of experts. Our store specializes in vintage photo-books, Mishima literature, and art-books related to fashion, contemporary art and fetish art.
Offering new values on our vintage collection, we’re currently committed to spread our culture to the world with the art label “KOMIYAMA TOKYO.” More than just the sum of the books and works, we publish photo-books and take part in art-fairs globally that our business today expands to art-direction collaborated with apparel brands, hotels and companies. Komiyama Tokyo with our heart set on opening our dream art-fair and cherishing artists we love, we launched out our own fair; “REAL TOKYO ART.”
